They draw upon a variety of elements such as body awareness, breathing, visualisation, and meditation; all of which can encourage release and rest.
Below are 4 complimentary practices for you to use. Enjoy the time you have carved out for yourself, and know that your body and mind will be thankful that you've allowed yourself the space to relax.
A powerful practice to steady the body, draw your attention inwards with concentration on the breath, and build the skill of allowing thoughts to come and go. A practice in itself, yet also the foundational practice for further meditation. You may experience a sense of quiet and calm in the body and mind.

This practice will guide your awareness around different parts of the body. You may experience a sense of relaxation and ease.

Working with the breath in the belly and chest, this is a potent practice to learn how to utilise the whole of the lungs when breathing. You may experience a sense of relaxation and vitality in the body and mind.
Approximately 16 minutes.
This is a powerful yogic practice. You will be guided in body rotation, breathwork, and visualisation. You may experience a sense of deep relaxation and expanded awareness.
